Before I can create a piece that you will love, first I need to gather some information from you. This questionnaire will allow me to get a better understanding of your vision, requirements or constraints, and what you would like me to create for you. The more information you give me, the better I can grasp your story and translate that onto a canvas. This questionnaire will serve as the starting point for the piece.

Do you have a story for why you would like the piece commissioned? If you have thought about it already, you can elaborate on the visual elements you'd like to see in the artwork: style, theme, colours, size.
